Notice of Toll Evasion

A Notice of Toll Evasion is issued to the registered owner of a vehicle that traveled on the SB Express Lanes on I-10 without a valid FasTrak® account/transponder, and/or the toll was not paid online within five days.

If a vehicle enters the SB Express Lanes on I-10 without a valid FasTrak account/transponder, and/or the toll is not paid online within five days, a violation will be processed for each transaction. The registered owner of the vehicle will also be mailed a Notice of Toll Evasion including payment instructions for the toll amount, plus an additional $25 penalty for non-payment of toll for each trip, which must be paid within 30 days to avoid additional penalties and further enforcement measures.

The Toll Roads is the account and payment processing partner for the SB Express Lanes. Billing and violation information will be addressed to and from our partners at The Toll Roads.
